About Us

Wayne Truscott Neale is the founder and Principal of Truscott Benefits, Inc. Wayne has been in the insurance industry since 1993 where he gained his knowledge working at Northwester Mutual Life, Health Net and PacifiCare. In 2004 Wayne decided to take his mission of educating the public on the healthcare system directly to the consumer by starting Truscott Benefits, Inc.

Our Mission

To educate our clients to the point of being better consumers. Consumers that make educated business decisions on their health programs, and consumers who can navigate through the healthcare system minimizing costs and frustration.

You will get no argument from us that our healthcare system has it problems. The best we can offer is the tool of knowledge, which will benefit you and your family.
